Some thoughts are so scary that I don't want to even acknowledge their existence for fear that doing so might make them come true. That is a false thought. Denying their existenced is the only thing that will make them come. true.

In this podcast I share some of my most frightenting thoughts. They include the thought that "I hate my life", "I'll never get past the major obstacles that have been in place my whole life", "I'm doomed to eternal suffering". The more I accept the existance of these thoughts, the more apparent it is to me they are false. Increasingly those thoughts are replace by accurate positive thoughts such as, "I've created a great life for myself", "I've overcome every major obstacle in my life and I'll contine to do so", "There has been an increasiing amount of joy in my life and the amount of joy I experience will continue to increase."

I offer a free 30 minute introductory thought coaching session if you're so inclined. You can contact me at [email protected] to schedule it.

My books are available on Amazon. You can find links to them on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
