What if the things the world tells our boys to suppress — their emotions, intuition, tenderness - are actually their greatest gifts?

In this episode, I’m sharing the raw, real, and soulful truths about raising sensitive boys in a world that still doesn’t quite know what to do with their depth. I talk about the invisible load they carry, what emotional safety actually looks like, and the parenting tools that have supported my son and my clients most — from nervous system regulation to energetic boundaries and everything in between.

I also speak to something I’ve come to see so clearly: our boys are just as sensitive — if not more — than our girls. But for generations, boys and men have been told to suppress that sensitivity. And now we’re living with the fallout — an epidemic of anxiety, depression, disconnection.

Because when we’re not safe to be our full, authentic selves in every aspect of life, we’re not really living. We’re just performing — playing a role in a life that doesn’t feel meaningful or purposeful.

This episode isn’t just about raising emotionally intelligent boys — it’s about breaking generational cycles and raising whole, heart-led humans.

If you’re parenting a child who feels everything... this one’s for you.
