Understanding Soul Connections
Manage episode 326041683 series 3332714
The T.S. Eliot poem, Wait Without Hope, leads Deborah and Brenda into a conversation about mycelium, interconnection and potentiality. It's Brenda's turn to visit the "mead-hall" from episode #1 and she introduces us to the term ALTUS and a discussion about the underlying forces that inform everything that are deeply connected to soul and the importance, as therapists, of doing their own soul work in order to help their clients connect with their own soul journeys so they can show up and do their best. Using writing to invite soul into one's work segues into a conversation about getting older and the value of seeking guidance from our older selves and the need to surround our self with others whose soul resonates and connect with our own so that we can always embrace the soulful part of conversation that enriches our life.
