When most people talk about consistency in business, they make it sound like the key to success is doing the same thing every day, at the same time, like clockwork. And if that doesn’t work for you? It’s easy to assume that you are the problem. But the reality is, that rigid definition of consistency isn’t actually what helps people get results. In this episode, I’m breaking down a version of consistency that works - not just for me, but for my clients, too.

This is the final episode in my 3-part series on what’s actually stopping you from getting clients, and today we’re covering what might be the biggest gap of all - sticking with something long enough for it to work. But that doesn’t mean forcing yourself into an unnatural routine or following a structure that burns you out. It means finding a way to keep showing up on average over time, in a way that makes sense for how you like to work. I’m also talking about how frequently you need to be sharing your message, why people aren’t as aware of you as you assume they are, and why changing things up too often is like hitting a reset button on the trust you’ve built with your audience.
