You missed a workout. Your knee feels weird. You forgot your gels.
Cue the internal freak-out... right?

In this episode, we’re talking about something that every runner deals with—making things a way bigger deal than they actually are. Whether it's a bad run, a missed session, or some mid-race drama, it's so easy to spin out and convince yourself that your entire race is doomed. (Spoiler alert: it’s not.)

I'll share a couple stories that will illustrate my point (both in day-to-day life and in ultra running.)
