Have you ever had an experience in business (or life in general) where your service provider went above & beyond to really make you feel special and seen? I can count on one hand the number of times I've experienced this feeling, but damn it feels great, so I'm on a mission to make over-delivery the standard in my business. 🤓💻🖤
