Emotional regulation just so happens to be one of those strategies, yes, strategies 😉 that is often missed or misinterpreted. But this is so important. In fact, it's what ensures that we're able to hold the energy of our business… like the ability to stay sustainable and consistent in order to hold momentum. ⚡️ It all comes back to emotional regulation.
