Today, I am very honored to introduce Robbi Parker. Robbi Parker, FDN-P, is a national board certified health & wellness coach as well as a ReCODE 2.0 health coach. Robbi is also the founder RL Optimal Health. Through her practice, and her membership community, The Prevention Path, she supports people in applying the Bredesen Protocol in ways that are practical and sustainable. She works one-on-one with both men and women, and in the membership she focus on women who want consistent support — whether for prevention or as caregivers. As a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner, she helps her clients as a health detective, using functional lab testing and other data to uncover the root causes and hidden stressors of a person's health issues and cognitive decline and then creating personalized diet, lifestyle and supplementation plans to help them regain vitality and balance. She's joined Dr. Dale Bredesen to get the word out that there is HOPE for Alzheimer's, is fully trained in his ReCODE 2.0 training and serves her clients by helping them with the 7 core strategies of the Bredesen Protocol: the KetoFLEX 12/3 diet, exercise, restorative sleep, stress management, brain stimulation, and detox support to name a few.
