Maybe you launched your course or program… and heard nothing but crickets.

Maybe you had high hopes — and it just didn't go the way you imagined.

Today, I'm sharing what I would do if my launch failed or didn’t meet my expectations — the real steps I'd take (after giving myself a minute to feel the feels) to figure out what went wrong, what actually matters, and how to move forward smarter and stronger.

Because this is just one launch.

It’s not the end — it’s the beginning of gathering the data you need to make your next launch even better.

In this episode, I cover:

➔ Why launching at all is something to be proud of (even if it didn’t meet your goals)

➔ The two big reasons most launches fall short (and how to spot them)

➔ How pre-launch nurturing (or missing it) impacts your results

➔ Why your launch event (webinar, challenge, video series) matters so much

➔ Common messaging mistakes that tank registration pages and sales pages

➔ How to make the transition from teaching to selling way less awkward

➔ What “enough promotion” actually looks like (hint: more than feels comfortable)

➔ Why sending those last-chance emails matters more than you think

➔ How your launch style affects your success (and why it needs to match YOU)

➔ What world events and trust factors have to do with buyer hesitation

➔ How to do a proper post-launch debrief (and why it’s gold)

➔ What to tweak — and why you probably don’t need to burn it all down

Takeaway:

A launch that doesn’t meet your expectations isn’t a failure — it’s feedback.

Look at the data, find the small improvements, and know this: You get better at launching by launching.

This is just the beginning.
