I'm going to throw out a hypothesis: You Deserve To Be Your True Self.

Right? Doesn't everyone? I hope so. Now, I don't know all the existential laws of the universe. But I'm learning to tune into my body, which is part of this universe. And I'm helping you learn to tune into your body, also part of this universe. Let's learn to trust our bodies. Today we're exploring the traumas that cut us off from our true selves... and we're talking about how to heal. We're getting existential today, it's the season finale, and you're gonna like this one.
