In this episode, I’m sharing what it means to use your voice and live in truth, even when it feels uncomfortable. I talk about a recent coaching session with a potential author and why the journey to self-expression is so personal. Speaking up, being seen, and standing in your truth can bring fear, but it’s where real change begins.

I reflect on the patterns we carry, the stories we believe, and how conflict often shows up to push us toward growth. I also get honest about the fear of being judged and the shift that happens when you choose respect for yourself over approval from others.

If you’ve ever felt the pull toward something bigger but held yourself back, this conversation is for you. It’s an invitation to step into what’s true, no matter how messy it feels.

Here are the Highlights:

(02:49) The Sacred Process of Publishing

(06:30) Supporting Others on Their Journey

(09:05) Awareness and Patterns in Conflict

(15:01) The Power of Voice and Truth

(31:58) Breaking Patterns and Creating New Outcomes

(32:19) The Role of Respect and Self-Respect
