We had the pleasure of attending Rock N Pod 2025 in Nashville - an annual gathering of rock fans, podcasters, artists, and industry insiders. It’s where stories are swapped, riffs are relived, and legends walk among fans. While there, we had the honor of sitting down with some incredible guests, including one of our favorite axe-slingers - Brian “Damage” Forsythe.

Brian Forsythe is best known as the lead guitarist for Kix, the hard rock outfit that helped define the swagger and sound of the '80s East Coast rock scene. With his unmistakable tone, laid-back cool, and bluesy, razor-sharp riffs, Brian brought a raw authenticity to a genre often known for flash. Beyond Kix, he's kept the rock spirit alive through side projects like Rhino Bucket, proving his chops aren’t tied to any one era.

Whether he's tearing it up onstage or telling stories off the cuff, Brian is the kind of rock lifer who reminds you why you fell in love with loud guitars in the first place.
