This episode is for the days when your recovery is trash, your sleep sucked, or your body is just not cooperating. The days when the idea of training feels nauseating, but also the idea of missing out on a training session doesn’t sound that great either.

These are the days everyone says “listen to your body”… but if you’ve got all-or-nothing thinking, a sensitive body, or a busy schedule, that advice is not super helpful. Yes, we do want to listen to our bodies, but navigating that middle ground in real life is not so simple.

That’s why in this episode I’m sharing my personal playbook for moving when you feel like garbage. You’ll learn:

  • Why “listening to your body” advice backfires (and what to do instead).

  • The 3-step framework I use to calm my nervous system, preserve momentum, and reduce pain on off-days.

  • How to turn garbage days into consistency days (without digging yourself deeper in a poor recovery hole)
