Master the Pause – Before you react, take a deep breath. Internally scream if necessary.

Say "Okay" – Not engaging is a power move. Blank stare + slow nod = instant de-escalation.

Internally Scream – Let it out in your head. Imagine yourself flipping a table… but don’t do it.

Externally Scream (Into a Towel) – If you need to release the rage, find a safe space. A towel. A pillow. Your car. Just not at Karen in Accounting.

Release the Tension – Shake it off, take a deep breath, or go for the classic bathroom escape move.

Smile and Move On – The ultimate flex? Being unbothered.
