Have you ever walked down the diaper aisle at your grocery store and noticed how much shelf space is for adults?

I see clear patterns in the kids I work with. Children with weak muscle tone often wet the bed. When they get on their hands and knees, their elbows might bend inward. They might avoid playing sports or running around with other kids. These early warning signs can lead to bigger problems as they grow up.

Whether you've had a C-section, an injury, or just notice your body isn't working like it used to, your pelvic floor needs to stay strong to work properly. The challenges I see in children often look a lot like the problems adults face later on.

If you or your child are dealing with any of these issues—bathroom urgency, bedwetting, weak muscles, or avoiding physical activities—please reach out. Visit http://connectmybrain.com and fill out the contact form. I'll personally call you back to talk about how we can help.
