Ever have one of those days where you just can't get anything done? The words and the thoughts are jumbled and senseless ... and the to-do list just gets longer and longer? Yep, same. Your brain would have you believe that the solution is to just try harder and get the thing done. But what if your body is actually telling you to walk away and take a break?
