Welcome to Season 5, Episode 4, of "Secondhand Talent: The Podcast"!!! We're so happy we're here and so, so incredibly grateful for all of your love and support along the way. On behalf of all of us here at Secondhand Talent, Steiner & Steener - WE LOVE YOU, FRANDS!!!
This week we have the pleasure of releasing to you our interview with founder and owner of Round Trip Records, located right here in Chicago - Paul Nixon!!!
Paul founded Round Trip records out his love for vinyl - which is how he and Steiner met! In the corner of the internet called "Heady Wax Fiends", Steiner and Paul kindled a friendship which is bringing you this episode, shot on location at RTR, and maybe more!!! In the interview, Paul and Steiner discuss growing up with the love of music, and vinyl in particular.
There is some intense discussion of the difficulty of establishing such a business, which evolved to becoming a storefront. It didn't just start that way, as most things, well, don't. Join us as we discuss all things Chicago, vinyl, and most importantly, Secondhand Talent and Round Trip Records!!!
