Trína O’Loughlin is a writer, a creative therapist and a women's yoga facilitator, based in a small town near Dublin, Ireland. She explores health and well-being through mindful movement, creative expression, the cycles of nature + the Celtic Wheel. Trína has a passion for dance, ritual, and deep relaxation which is reflected in her teaching. Her classes cultivate a sense of warmth, curiosity, connectedness and compassion.

Having lived in various cities in Ireland and Europe over the past 20 years, Trína has recently moved home to her roots in Celbridge, Co. Kildare. Hence the name of her new venture 'Creative Roots,' where she focuses on building community in her hometown. She invites women to move in circle, connecting with the pelvis and the womb space in a very creative and feminine environment, through yoga, dance, and journaling. She is planning to host workshops and women’s retreats throughout Ireland and the UK in the near future. She also plans to share a book of her poetry and short stories, so watch this space!
