Nicola is a health and wellness coach helping busy women to build new habits for their wellbeing. Having been made redundant from the corporate world early in 2021, Nicola made a big decision to flip her career and enter the entrepreneur world, launching Life Now Coaching.

Nicola has lived with anxiety and panic disorder for over 26 years, and along with other health challenges she has experienced, has learned through the power of moving her body daily and putting the right habits in place, the difference these steps can make to your overall wellbeing. She believes that living a great life and feeling happy results from the way you take care of your mind and body.
