We often use weight as a metric to determine how a given program is benefiting us (losing weight is typically a good thing..). Without explicit knowledge of your actual body composition, it's hard to ascertain if you're successful as you could be losing muscle which would appear as a good thing on the regular scale. This week we talk about our new piece of equipment and how it will help you peel back the layers of the onion and give you a more granular idea of how you're progressing over time.
