In 2003, running-shoe industry veteran Chuck LaBonte formed Vitruvian Running, with the goal of offering no-frills, low-cost, well-made running shoes directly to consumers. LaBonte recently decided to close the business. Here he talks about why his mom-and-pop approach failed in a world of big shoe companies. (23:13)
