This week I am super stoked to have my buddy Mau join us for a chat. Mau is a runner, adventurer, explorer and entrepreneur.
Mau is the founder of Aire Libre running and a fellow lululemon ambassador. We chat about why we run, how we experience the sport in our own way and how his sense of adventure led to him founding his company Aire Libre.

Afterwards Shannon and I take some time to chat training and bike races - we participated in the Oakanagan Gran Fondo - an event marred by tragedy. It was a sad day and we briefly talk about our experience there.
