Welcome to the podcast. I’m Rob Watson, an ex-pro marathoner with a 2:13:29 personal best (pre-super shoes), 11th place finisher at the 2013 Boston Marathon, and 20th at the World Championships in Moscow that same year. Nowadays, I’m a coach with Mile2Marathon and generally just a big running nerd. On this show, we dive into all things running, with the occasional detour into cycling and triathlons. It’s a lighthearted, fun take on the sport we love, so sit back, relax, and let’s talk running.
