We’ll talk about how roles, rules, and expectations have pulled you away from who you really are, and why rewilding isn’t about burning everything down. It’s about remembering yourself and about coming home to your own energy.
This is an honest conversation about the cost of wearing masks, the pressure to fit into boxes, and the relief that comes when you finally stop performing and start living from your own design.
