Mercy received must become mercy given.
In this parable, Jesus reminds us that forgiveness isn’t meant to stop with us — it’s meant to flow through us.

The servant was forgiven a massive, unpayable debt, yet refused to forgive another man who owed him pocket change.
Why? Because he forgot how much grace he’d been shown.

We do the same when we demand justice for others while quietly pleading for mercy for ourselves.
But remembering how deeply we’ve been forgiven changes everything.
It softens our hearts. It restores compassion. It breaks the cycle of resentment.

Reflection Question:

How might remembering your own forgiveness change your response?

Daily Challenge:
Write a prayer of forgiveness for someone who’s wronged you — even if they’ll never see it.
Let God replace your desire for justice with a heart of mercy.

Because forgiven men forgive. And mercy is meant to be repaid.
