Mercy received but not released will eventually rot into judgment.
In this final part of the parable, Jesus shows us what happens when grace doesn’t change a person.
The servant was forgiven an unpayable debt — yet he turned around and demanded repayment from someone else.
And because he refused to forgive, the freedom he once had was taken away.

This is more than a story about debt. It’s a warning about endurance.
A faith that ends at the first offense isn’t real faith.
A heart that holds grudges hasn’t fully understood grace.

True followers of Jesus don’t just receive mercy — they live it, give it, and keep forgiving until the end.

Reflection Question:
Is there someone you’re still holding a debt over?
What would it look like to release them and honor the mercy you’ve been shown?

Daily Challenge:
Write a prayer of forgiveness for the person who’s hardest to forgive.
Ask God to soften your heart and help you walk in enduring mercy.

Because the Gospel isn’t a one-time moment — it’s a lifelong transformation.
