Gut health is something that has been ignored for too long. Bloating, gassiness, heavy feeling in stomach, constipation, diarrhea, smelly gas are not normal, although they are common. The gut is the centre of our health and we want to ensure that it is functioning at its best. You don't have to wait for a bad report from the doctor or take a bunch of supplements to start optimizing your gut health.
