I call my podcast Reframing Midlife, because as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist I know the power of your mindset. In midlife many things happen to you, some times your thinking is helpful, other times your thinking is not helpful.

Listen as my guest Dr. Rachel Goldman and I, both CBT therapists discuss the process of changing your thoughts. I call it 'reframing' Dr. Rachel calls it 'tweaking' but we both agree that there are techniques designed to help you better manage your mood.

Your thoughts affect how you feel and also how you act or behave. If you can change the way you think, you can change your life.
