You’re not just giving up food rules…you're letting go of a lifetime of chasing thinness, control, and the hope that “someday” your body would finally be enough.

In this episode, I’m naming the grief that often comes with intuitive eating, and helping you understand why it shows up, what it really means, and how to move through it gently.
