Along with her first two team members (who are still with the team today), Treasure Davis built the #1 real estate team in Colorado Springs - a team of 15 agents who closed more than 400 units last year.

More than 20 years into the business and more than a dozen years into building the team, Treasure reflects on the people, processes, and technology that allowed her to persevere and thrive in various market conditions.
