If you’ve ever listened to a therapist talk–whether in a therapy session, social media, or a podcast–you’ve likely heard them mention processing your emotions. But what does it actually mean to process your emotions? I’m being told I need to feel my feelings or process my trauma, but I don’t know how to do that.
In today’s episode of the Psychedelic Therapy Frontiers podcast we’re going to explain what it means to process one’s emotions from a few different perspectives and hopefully by the end of the episode you’ll not only have a better sense of what it means, but also some tools to help you do it.
For those of you who are new to the show, welcome! Psychedelic Therapy Frontiers is brought to you by Numinus Network and is hosted by Dr. Steve Thayer and Dr. Reid Robison.
