We’re running through dusk, parrots overhead, fort walls all around us, talking about the point in the journey where repetition starts to bite. The food we miss, the routines we never expected to rely on, the long quiet miles, and the way day 40 has been quietly looming for all of us. It’s the first time the grind has really shown itself, and somehow that makes everything feel even more important.

Hi, I’m Hannah, accidental runner, sustainability advocate and founder of the Better Business Network.
Project Salt Run is a world-first endurance expedition. I'm running 4,200 km across India, following the forgotten Inland Customs Line (also known as the Great Hedge of India) to raise £1 million for environmental action through 1% for the Planet, Frank Water, ClientEarth, and Big Change.
Starting on 26th October 2025, I’ve been running one marathon every day for 100 days, crossing deserts, jungles, and cities from the Pakistan border all the way to Kolkata, shining a light on how business and people can be a force for good.
This isn’t just a run. It’s a story about legacy, climate action, and courage and how small groups of people can create big change.
