This 2nd episode of podNECE explores the connection between higher education students' personality traits and their inclination towards digital entrepreneurship, specifically in Portugal. The study examines how "Big-Five" personality traits (agreeableness, extraversion, conscientiousness, openness, and neuroticism) influence a student's innovative digital attitude and their intention to pursue digital entrepreneurial ventures. It also investigates the moderating role of digital entrepreneurial education in strengthening the link between innovative digital attitude and digital entrepreneurial intention. The findings suggest that while personality traits directly impact innovative digital attitude, their influence on entrepreneurial intention is largely mediated by this digital attitude, with education further enhancing this relationship.
