We all have an ego. Often we talk about people having an ego like we don’t have one ourselves, but we all do. It’s very easy to see that some of the highest performing athletes in the world have huge egos; they have leveraged that in order to push themselves further than most. Unfortunately, many people struggle to successfully manage the balance between a useful and productive ego, versus one that is the very demise of their athletic journey.
