"All these little signs that we get, I believe are coming from within"

I have been on the edge of my seat waiting to air this collab! My visit with Allie Jaffe was truly top notch!! Allie is a holistic health coach, founder of Healing Forward, and also works for her husband's business: Alec's Ice Cream! We covered SO much in this one hour! Take-away's are below! What I love most about what Allie does, as a coach, is how she connects the mental, emotional, and physical well-being into her business. Allie has an intriguing personal health journey that she shares as well! Some themes that came out of this episode were overcoming fears related to health/nutrition, integrating spirituality into the healing process, and overcoming the shadow of perfectionism.
