Prioritizing your health and wellness journey starts NOW! I will be the first to admit I didn't always do good with this, but over the years I've definitely improved and I am sharing my tips with you as well as reasons why now is the time to prioritize ones health. In today's world, there are unlimited amounts of alternative therapy practices to support your health and wellness, and incorporating these into your life can sometimes feel like you are putting a puzzle together, because let's be honest...life gets busy!! I share ways I have incorporated my own health/healing modalities into my own life. When I have conversations with people on this topic, it is not uncommon to get pushback from others, so I address those pushbacks in this episode and also provide you with tips for making time and affording these practices. I also share direct and indirect benefits that I have noticed since prioritizing my health and wellness.
