Holding a dual masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior - her professional experience spans from executive leadership coaching and alignment to drive key business results to work in a cognitive neuroscience laboratory contributing to the world of research about human behavior. LaToya has also worked across many industries, including digital media, fashion, consulting and now technology.
