Join Tim and his guest Amy Young as they talk about some resources that are available to you right where you’re at – no travel needed - resources that can help equip and connect you to the broader global community.
Amy Young is a writer, speaker, and advocate for embracing the messy middle in life. After nearly twenty years in China, she co-founded the online community Velvet Ashes and just recently founded Global Trellis, which provides spiritual and professional development to cross-cultural workers where they are - no travel needed. Amy also helps cross-cultural workers flourish by writing books such as Looming Transitions, Enjoying Newsletters, and her most recent book, Getting Started. She enjoys cheering for the Denver Broncos and the Kansas Jayhawks. Though she misses steaming dumplings in Beijing, Amy currently lives in Denver, Colorado and, much to her surprise, enjoys gardening.
Additional Resources:
Books:
1. Looming Transitions, by Amy Young
2. All the News That's Fit to Tell and How to Tell It: How to Write Christian Newsletters, by Amy Young
