Hey Mama,

Do you feel exhausted during the day, wishing you had more energy? Are you suffering from mom-brain, with lack of focus and mental clarity? Do you find yourself easily agitated, or snapping at your husband and children?

If you are dealing with any of the above, then you may need to re-evaluate your sleep health and the way you manage your stress. You may be wondering, why should I care about how I manage my stress? Isn't surviving the day enough? And I would ask, do you always want to feel stuck in survival mode?

Last week, we discussed four dangers of being sleep deprived as a busy mom, and how it can affect multiple aspects of your health and safety. Today, I want to share with you a simple three-step sleep hack you can do in two minutes or less each day to help you have a good foundation for better sleep at night so you can go from just surviving to thriving.
