Let's face it, life is always life-ing and its hard sometimes to navigate the recurring obstacles.

I am here to walk you through what I see as the most common obstacles that prevent my current and prospective students from dancing.

  • The Body - I'll help you reframe when you have negative thoughts on your body and I share a story about how I manage my own thoughts on normalizing modifications.
  • Being Shy - We talk about how to transfer your feelings from being shy to being expressive.
  • Knowing How You Learn Best - Knowing that dancing takes time and learning how you learn best is going to help you learn better and take agency in your own improvements.
  • Time - Walking you through how to manage your time and how you can shift your perspective on it.
  • The Awkwardness - There's no doubt that you will feel awkward and this is all about "embracing the ick"

Obstacles are part of the process AND they don't have to stop your progress.
