In this episode, I mind-blended with Urmi Hossain—a passionate advocate for lifelong learning, mentorship, women empowerment and stepping outside of one’s comfort zone. We explored how staying curious, embracing ambiguity, and giving back to the community have shaped her journey.
Lifelong learning as a mindset—From reading books, learning new languages, and staying curious, Urmi shares how she continuously expands her knowledge and skills. Learning never stops—it’s not just about formal education, but about feeding your curiosity every day.
Embracing ambiguity—How viewing the unknown as a learning opportunity and taking on challenges outside her comfort zone have strengthened her resilience. "I’ve learned that discomfort is where the real growth happens."
Uplifting others through mentorship and empowerment—Urmi actively contributes to women’s empowerment through her involvement in mentorship and Women in Leadership. She shares what she has gained and the value of mentorship. “Be the change you want to see in the world" by Gandhi is what she truly lives by.
