  1. Top 10 Metalcore Tracks in 2025: This segment highlights ten of our favorite metalcore tracks so far this year, briefly discussing some of our favorite aspects of each track.
  2. Coaches Corner: This segment features health and wellness information/tips to help you meet your goals. This week, we discuss adding additional physical activity into your weightlifting routine, using running as an example. We also discuss the importance of exercise order in achieving your goals.
  3. Song of the Week: We select a new metalcore song each week to highlight/share with you all. This week's song of the week is "Fell So Hard, Felt So Right" by blessthefall ft. Story of the Year.
  4. Exercise of the Week: Each week, we highlight a new exercise, discussing the pros, cons, alternative movements, and sets and reps. This week we highlight the dumbbell front raise.
