Lou grew up Catholic, in a great family with great parents. He got away from his faith during his young adult years, until he met his wife Melissa."I thought I had faith through my upbringing but realized I didn't have a relationship with Jesus."Melissa challenged Lou in his faith and had the hard conversations he needed to hear. After one of those hard phone calls, Lou hung up mad, but God spoke to him in that moment. They ended up getting married and got plugged into a local church. Lou credits the people and men he met at Victory Church for changing his life. A good friend of Lou's suggested he go through Men of Iron, that it would be great opportunity to grow in his faith."I've been involved with Men of Iron for 12 years, as a mentor and a protege, it's done so much for me that I can't say thank you enough."Lou wants men to know that it doesn't matter what your struggle is, there is a mentor for you, you need someone to walk through this with you.
