Claire is the CEO of Trio Media, a website and performance marketing agency, and holds a seminar at marketingSHOWCASE - 49 killer performance marketing tips that actually work.

As well as discussing an idea of a bingo-style call for the 49 tips (they can never get through all 49 so direct attendees to the e-book for the rest) Claire spoke to James in more detail about how SEO is changing; we give more contextual-based search terms, and how search is changing for the consumer in general.

One of her highlights was zero click searches on search engines (where users don't click on a website) that has risen from 30% a few years ago to 60% today - because of Google Ai overview.
