What does the word NOURISH mean? Is it just nutrition? Join me in this episode as I explain my September Intention of nourishing my whole self, and what the word nourish can mean in a holistic way.

As we slide into fall, with another year under our belt, how will we create fullness and satisfaction for ourselves? Month by month, slowly, and intentionally.
