Menopause, and perimenopause, can be stressful. Many women have increased feelings of anxiety, when entering the transition to menopause. This can be from pressure in life, with aging parents, career transition, or the shifts in estrogen, progesterone and cortisol. NO ONE is immune to stress, and stressful situations.
