How do you navigate running your business during times of tragedy? Every year brings moments that stop us in our tracks—world events that flood our feeds, shaking us to the core. The challenge for entrepreneurs is how to balance our human need to grieve with the responsibility to show up for our clients and business. This is something every entrepreneur faces at some point, and it’s one of the hardest parts of running a business.

In this episode, I share my personal experience of running a business through multiple tragedies, including the emotional toll of world events. With over 10 years in business, I’ve had my share of grieving moments, some that lasted for days, others that lingered for months. But I've also had to maintain a business that supports employees, serves thousands of people, and honors my commitment to clients. This episode is about finding a way to hold both grieving with humanity and fulfilling your professional obligations.
