how we started

I opened the room, set the container, and said the quiet part out loud: this portal isn’t about wishing it’s about remembering. We talked about 8/8 as infinity, authority, karmic return, and how your nervous system is the actual gatekeeper.

my favorite moments

* being live again. it’s been a minute. Feeling us breathe & regulate together felt invigorating.

* community magic. Jack was in the chat dropping all my gems in real time - THANK YOU!, folks were meeting for the first time, others reconnecting. You can’t tell me it didn’t feel like we were in person vibing.

* light and dark. we named that only chasing “light” keeps you split. darkness is the womb of knowing. when we honor it, we move forward whole.

* authority over asking. we practiced stating desire with clarity and authority speaking like it’s already met. when we plead, we receive a collapsed version of what we want. when we stand in authority, we meet the full shape of it.

the eft flow we did

three rounds: clear → remember → integrate

tapping points each time: Side of Hand → Crown → Brow → Side of Eye → Under Eye → Under Nose → Chin → Collarbone → Heart → Under Arm.

🖤 Round 1: Clearing Resistance

Side of Hand Even though part of me is afraid to be seen, afraid to fully step into my power, I honor that fear and I’m open to releasing it.Crown This fear didn’t come from nowhere it was taught, inherited, or forced into me.Brow Maybe I learned to hide because shining was dangerous.Side of Eye Maybe I’ve carried shame in my body for far too long.Under Eye I feel the tension, the doubt, the smallness - I feel it in my chest, in my belly, in my bones.Under Nose But just because it’s here now doesn’t mean it has to stay.Chin I’ve outgrown this old version of me, even if my nervous system hasn’t caught up yet.Collarbone I give myself permission to acknowledge the fear without becoming it.Heart I don’t have to fake positivity - I just have to stay present with what’s real.Under Arm And what’s real is that I’m ready to move forward.

🔥 Round 2: Activating Divine Remembrance

Side of Hand I am the descendant of brilliance. I carry codes in my blood that can’t be colonized.Crown My crown is connected to divine intelligence wisdom older than time.Brow I remember who I am beyond the fear.Side of Eye I let the Lionsgate energy open what’s been closed in me.Under Eye I activate the truth of my body, my intuition, and my voice.Under Nose My ancestors walk with me and I walk with them.Chin I am not broken. I’m becoming more aligned.Collarbone I let this energy flow where it needs to go.Heart I open my heart to possibility, to purpose, to passion.Under Arm I am not waiting. I am embodying my potential now.

🌟 Round 3: Integrating Ease + Power

Side of Hand I allow my energy to flow with ease and clarity.Crown It’s safe to shine. It’s safe to be powerful.Brow I see myself clearly, and I love what I see.Side of Eye Every cell in my body is aligning with my highest frequency.Under Eye I am grounded in truth and guided by light.Under Nose I breathe deeply, knowing everything I need is within.Chin I am allowed to take up space and thrive.Collarbone This portal is just a mirror I am the real magic.Heart I let my body hold the truth of who I am.Under Arm I am powerful, I am present, and I am whole.
