So often, women in their fifties and sixties are expected to retreat quietly into the background, fading into the shadows rather than stepping forward with the wisdom and strength they carry.
But what if the opposite were true?
Today, Liz reflects on the immense value that is lost when older women are overlooked, their voices unheard and their contributions unrecognised.
She invites us to consider how much richer the world could be if we truly honoured and embraced the experience, perspective, and power that women in this stage of life have to offer.
