Getting triggered over and over can be exhausting. It is frustrating when you can't control your reaction to the same trigger. If your triggers have been running the show lately, this episode is for you. Today, we’re diving into what it means to be triggered. I’ll walk you through four key pieces of psychoeducation that will completely change the way you see your triggers. This is what I always want my client to take-away.

Think of this episode as a therapy session for your triggers - one that helps you move from “I can’t believe I did that again” to “Ah, this is how I can move forward”

Believe it or not, when you can meet your triggers with curiosity instead of criticism, you stop living in reaction mode and start feeling safe inside yourself again.
